The relationship between a young woman and her mother is so powerful, it can affect everything from her physical and mental health, social competence and self-esteem to her future relationships. We invite all mothers to join us for this interactive and informative workshop to learn about the root causes of your daughter’s behavior, and techniques and strategies to help foster healthy mother-daughter relationships, which includes strength, hope, forgiveness and healing.
Mothers will also have an opportunity to share their experiences to help empower other mothers.

Listening is one of the most important skills a parent can have. learning how to listen “listen well” can help parents avoid misunderstanding and conflicts, improve communication, and find common ground with their child. Join us for this interactive workshop to enhance your listening skills so you can better understand the verbal and nonverbal cues being presented by your child. Ultimately, improving the parent-child relationship and helping your child find and walk in their authentic self.
